I have only taken whitetails in my two years hunting with my bowtech. Next spring my father and I are heading to Idaho for spring bear and looking for a recommendation for a arrow shaft to bring. I currently shoot easton power flights and want a change. Any suggestions would be great!

The arrow you have is a great arrow! However I do like Gold Tip shafts myself. I have been shooting the cheaper ones, but have been eyeballing the Gold Tip Pros lately. Only Carbon shaft I have seen with a straightness factor of .001 and thats pretty dang good.

I'm going to say anything you feel comfortable shooting a whitetail with will work great on a black bear.
I shoot Gold Tip Hunter XT 7595's and shoot thru most Roosevelt bulls I kill...can't go wrong there!
