Region 7 antelope

Alright, I keep hearing that the winter has been brutal out there in eastern Montana. My cousin and I were hoping to draw and hunt in region 7 this fall but I'm wondering how bad will the antelope hunting be. I wouldn't say either of us would be expecting trophy bucks, just decent representation of the species and the opportunity to hunt something neither of us has really had the opportunity at before. Will it still be worth our time in 2018? Thanks for any advice/opinions in advance
