Well, thought I had enough points to draw GS deer in PV this year but it didn?t happen, SOOO...I?ll have several months off work this summer pending rotator cuff surgery. Thought I might head into the area to familiarize myself with the terrain and have a better idea where I?ll focus my time when I finally draw..question is, are there plenty of coyotes in the area and are they willing to come in to a call? Might as well get some trigger time while I?m there and since I have the license! Thoughts?

There are plenty coyotes near any ranches. Until is large and lots of different types of deer habitat enjoy your time.

Go to the Utah DOW site and take the coyote bounty course.

Then you can turn them in for a $50 bounty for each coyote. All you have to turn in is the scalp with both ear attached and the lower jaw. The only problem is that you might have to jump through some hoops to meet up with the folks to turn them in.
