Non Res Needs to Burn His Points Before Moving to WY

Hello all! Hope everyone is having a safe great fall. I'm starting to plan 2025 and have 5 Wyoming antelope and 5 deer points I need to use before moving up to Casper. I got a couple plans I'm looking at. Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to PM. Thanks
