My oldest will be 11 when it's time to put in for the antelope draws but will be 12 when the season opens. Will I be apply to apply him that year or does he have to be 12 to apply? This is in Wyoming.

You can put him in aslong as he is 12 before the season. You can also buy an 11 year old points aslong as they will be 12 before the end of the year.

Yep, MM is right. Mine turned twelve just a little while ago, but we applied in the spring. So he can apply at 11 as long as they are twelve for the season, like he said.
