Everything is rockstar good. All cutting and wrapping is exactly how you want it. He has many different loose sausage recipes, summer sausage, smokies and homemade jerky that is of the highest quality.

I have used Mull's in Vegas for at least 25 years. Their game processsing is top notch and the quality of the by-products made from your game if you have any made is excellent.
It's a lot like the old time butcher shops where they will cut your choice of meat to your liking.

If near Grand Junction, CO look up Orchard Mesa Market...they've done a bunch of stuff for me over the years and have always done a good job.

I've not used Pats Meats for butchering, but they were really nice about storing a few antelope bucks for us for 3 days, while we headed up to Yellowstone. Charged us a few dollars a day for storage, and maybe like $5 to cut off the horns. Those guys butcher a ton of antelope.

I used Maddox this past fall for my antelope. Not exactly a smooth salesman type, but did a great job ... vacuum packed the cuts and froze them hard overnight for my trip back home.

Butcher Boys in Vancouver, WA makes great Brats, Beer Dogs, Summer Sausage and pepperoni. I only bring clean boned out meat and they keep it separate for me. I cut everything else myself, so not sure about regular processing. The only time I had anything else done was in Baggs, WY on a combo hunt I had the meat processor there make my antelope into breakfast sausage while I hunted deer for another week. I was skeptical since I usually process my own, but I was super pleased with it.

I have not used them in about 3-4 years but the times I have they did a good job.
They even once did a rush job so we could leave out the next day at no charge !!

Northern Utah, They are located between Tremonton and Logan. Can be a little difficult to get into, due to demand. Great salami and Jerky. I have never had better cut steaks. He removes all the sinew and silver.
