I am contemplating on selling my Kenetrek's. They are a 10.5. They are not new but in good condition with no issues. I have brand new insoles in them (superfeet guide). They are broke in and have wax applied on a regular basis. I will put a fresh coat on them. The rands are in very good shape with no part of the rand pulling away. I love the boots they are just a hair to small for my feet and bruise my toes. I am tired of my toenails falling off so going up a half a size.

What temperatures are these 400 gram boots rated for? I normally wear non insulated boots?

the answer to that depends on many things . I could wear them in sub 0 temps and be fine . you might get cold at 30 degrees . if your feet chill easy , they probably are not for you.

things to help keep your feet warm..............
good merino wool socks . cotton sucks for wicking sweat away..
don't wear boots that are too tight. restrict blood flow and feet get cold. find the sweet spot between to loose and to tight.
