Hi,

I am new member to the site and am looking forward to meeting other members. Also, I hope to learn about some new ideas and new gear.

I think this would be an ideal place, in the forum section, to place a request. I have been looking for sometime to find a hunting and packing partner(s). I have three mules broke to ride and pack. They are solid performers. Despite that, when you take stock, into the backcountry, you add an extra element of risk. Being many miles from you truck, and getting hurt, is not a good place to be.

Anyway, if you looking for a hunting and packing partner, or know someone that is, let me know. I hunt hard and believe in a fair chase hunt. Thanks. 208 452-3640 Bob

Good luck bob. You should find someone to join you. What are you hunting for? And with a bow or rifle?

Thanks

Welcome. I was all set to move to the area. Had been looking around Payette but life took a turn and it looks like I'll be staying in SoCal(crap) for now. I hope you find a good fit.

Hi Bob. It seems like most of my horse packing friends are getting too old to hunt anymore. Shoot me a pm and tell me what kind of hunting and packing you're interested in. What unit(s), how far you generally like to pack in, etc.

I've got 4 head of horses. All pack or ride. This year I may be limited on time because my wife is going to grad school, I'm helping a friend who drew an elk tag, and I have small children. I will still do an elk/deer hunt of my own though.
