I used one of these and added a couple cans of jalapenos. Next batch will have high temp cheddar cheese in it. Pork loin was my fat that I added (9 lbs of goose meat and 5 lbs of pork loin). If you haven't used a MEATER + thermometer you might want to add it to your wants list. No more guessing when the meat will be done.

Correct, the kit comes with everything you need including the casings.

I need to do this soon. With what I have planned hunt wise there may need to be a freezer clean out.

I have 2 packages of burger and 1 one sausage left. No need to clean my freezer out....LOL!
