Recipe, please? :)
I used one of these and added a couple cans of jalapenos. Next batch will have high temp cheddar cheese in it. Pork loin was my fat that I added (9 lbs of goose meat and 5 lbs of pork loin). If you haven't used a MEATER + thermometer you might want to add it to your wants list. No more guessing when the meat will be done.

I need to do this soon. With what I have planned hunt wise there may need to be a freezer clean out.
