Looks like the anti-hunting groups are trying to take away bear hunting for everyone.They are going to sue the state to stop even general seasons .What is the world coming too.How can anyone stop them?.

The basis for their threat was that the ODFW had not undated the Black Bear Plan in the required 5 years so the anti's claimed that all hunting had to cease immediately . The ODFW commission has already dealt with the plan requirements and it is a mute point at this time from what I know.
It just goes to show though how important mandatory check in of bears and cougars is. The anti's will work any angle they can come up with and if our side doesn't have our homework done they will use it against us.
