It seems the only real difference is the primers that the brass is sized for. Lapua uses small rifle and ADG uses large rifle primers. Having no experience with either brands of brass, I probably would pick the ADG only because it uses large rifle primers. My belief is that the large rifle primer will burn hotter because it is designed for larger cases and larger amounts of powder. IMHO it will also burn slower burning powder better and you can also use magnum primers.

I load .25-06, 30-06 & 300 Wby which all use large rifle primers and I also use large rifle magnum primers in all of them.

Just my take.............

Lapua makes brass with large rifle pockets. I’d say they are about equal in quality. Haven’t had any issues with my 300RUM ADG. Haven’t had a cartridge that I could get Lapua in, so I don’t have any first hand experience with it. ADG is American made, so that is always a plus. Another brand to consider is Peterson, I like it in the one caliber I’ve been using it for.

Both great choices as is pederson. Get what is available (of these) and it will serve you well. I have ADG for my 300 RUM and Lapua for my 338 Edge and have been happy with both. I have 3-4 firing's on each and still holding up well. Just got some Pederson form my 280AI but have not loaded any of it yet.
