Not that I know of. I know that as the list of available tags gets smaller they update the list and once the season is over there is no need of the list anymore.

It hasn't been updated for 2017 yet. I know the leftover draw deadline was in June but I'm not sure if the results are out yet. It should be out later this month as leftovers go on sale Aug 1st.

Checked 2016 left over cow tags for the second season and units 74,75,78,81,711,751 did not have a tag available in any of those units.

The original question was, were there any cow tags in these units for second season in 2016 on left over list. There were none but this is what was available.
ML cow elk in units 75 and 751 5 Tags.
Rifle Either sex unit 74 and 741 10 tags for 4th season PLO
Rifle cow elk in unit 81 39 tags for 4th season
Rifle cow elk in unit 751 28 tags for 5th season PLO
Rifle Bull elk in unit 74 33 tags for 4th season

Unless I have made a mistake I believe this is what was available in 2016

You should only use that as a very rough guide. This is a different year. The 2017 list should be out a week before August 1. Everything is speculation until then.

Dave, are they coming out with a list this year? I thought for some reason I saw they weren't doing a list for 2017 and you just had to have hunt codes ready and ask if they had anything. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I talked to a Colorado hunt planner yesterday and he said a list would be out later this month to give some advance notice.

I took hours to put together a spreadsheet that shows every unit with the proper hunt code, season, public %, success, etc so I could quickly look up the pertinent info when I see the hunt code list. But, almost no one has done that and so they need a week to look it over in detail.

Understand that beginning this year, not all the returned tags will necessarily be on the first day list and may be added later at varied times, not restricted to Monday or Tuesday. So, it will pay to keep a window open. That should help a little to mitigate the Oklahoma-style land rush the first day (I think that's how Oklahoma got the nickname "Sooners" - everyone that got land got to that place sooner than everyone else).
