Took this nice buck on Friday, one of the larger ones i saw while out for two days, i finally got them into a spot where i could do a stalk, i got to within 250 yards of a group of about 20 antelope i knew this buck and a larger one were in the group along with 8 smaller bucks, i couldn't get any closer without spooking them so i set up where i was. I could see most of them laying in the tall grass and could pick out most of them through my bino's but could not find the two bigger ones, then some wind came up and the grass started laying over and i could see this buck laying at 317 yards, i set up on him and waited for him to stand, after about a 20 minute wait he stood and i dropped him right back into his bed. The others stood but had no idea where the shot came from, and actually watched me walk up to my buck before they took off.
