    Cut and split 5 loads of firewood on Saturday. I was whipped.
    Hoping to get back into my gym Monday as I was hit n miss this week after being sick and working a lot this past week.
    I was due to a break anyway, but I like to dictate when. lol

    Two days in a row of skiing, caught about 2' of fresh at Snowbird in Ut and then I had a free day at Steamboat as well. Knee feels great

    Superset D/B Inclines & Pushups
    EZ Curls
    Superset Hammer Curls & Traps
    Have to hit Abs after works as I ran out of time. Early W/O went better than expected.

    Tuesday are usually a cardio day for me, but I hurt my leg working over the weekend. Nothing serious, I hope.
    However, to keep with the spirit of early morning workouts, I still got up and did abs. I then had a lot of time for a big breakfast before work.

    I have not ran as hard as I did yesterday in decades. running in the airport. I kept saying to myself I can rest on the plane or I have an all night rest in the airport, keep running.
