taking the garbage out can be very dangerous. I made a turn around my plow taking out the garbage and rolled my ankle pretty good. nice golf ball on the side of it. Been awhile since I have done one this bad. oh well.

7.6 mile run in a snow squall. Only 1 major hill today; rest was rolling level ground. Avg pace of 8:27

Short mountain bike ride of 7 fast miles. Knee felt terrible yesterday, feels great today. I don't understand. We'll see what tomorrow brings

    Tuesday
Went for run really chilly 19 with nice wind. Didnt feel the greatest after mile mark 1.75 my shins and calves really tensed up. To the point my right foot went completely numb tingling feeling and left foot was starting to. Not sure if this was cold related or time to switch out the shoes. Last few runs i have been getting the tingling feeling in just the right foot but not as bad as tonights run. Stretched it out really well after hoping that helps it a bit
