    DB bench 6x4
    DB fly 3x10
    Shoulder press 3x10

    I was mainly checking out what I had to work with. I'll put togther a better option now that I know

    Yeah its hard to tell what youll have at a hotel some are well equipped others ive seen is a small dumbell set and treadmill and elliptical
