I took last night off as I was pretty sore from the day before. Working hard to listen to my body.
FYI, it was the good sore, not the painful sore. The kind that said you worked hard, not the kind that debilitates you for several days ha.

Getting back into it. Have a multi step stair run setup at work for down time, along with a pull up bar. My kids have totally let me down on the running, and really seem to not be interested in it anymore. We have been doing a fair amount of basketball games, and things like that though, so at least their not glued to a screen.

Yeah that snow was way too deep to try to get it out without them.
Another day of 5x5 squats and bench. My legs were still a sore from my first day back so it wasn't a fun gym day
