    Get yourself a roller and a foam roll.....to roll your self out.....I use both twice a day and it makes a huge difference.

    20 minutes on elliptical, then shoulders and arms, finished with ab ripper. Tired.

    I even take a handheld roller to camp with me in Sept when I go up for the month

    My gym workout is Monday and Thursdays chest and back, tuesday & Friday legs, Wednesday arms, and everyday 30 min treadmill 15 min @5% & 15 @ 6% 3-3.2 mph. Saturday just treadmill. Need o change the diet from See Food , to push away food��

    That's my biggest problem! I don't drink any soda/pop, no caffeine, no bread/gluten, no sugar, don't smoke, have a drink or two once a month...

    But man, can I consume the cheese, dairy, sausage, and love Doritos! I've tried many of the "eat this not that" diets, keto, atkins, etc.

    It's just simple calories in and calories out...and it's nothing for me to consume 3,500-4,000 calories a day. Cutting back on calorie intake is my biggest challenge.

    Yesterday's workout was P90x Yoga...it kicked my tail! Sweating like a horse. Today is legs and back, and abs. And of course having family over to celebrate Christmas...smoked hot wings and homemade pizza : )
