I don't know what's better, leaving California or moving to Colorado!

I think that it is best leaving California. There are a few other states other than Colorado that are nice to be moving to but to get out of that west coast state is a great deal.

Welcome to Colorado you will love it except for the way that the political climate is changing.

I would leave Oregon if I could talk the family into it. Getting more California every day. Congrats on the leap.

Colorado seems to be turning into California only with a strange texas twist. Congrats on the exit!

Good thing you didn't chose WA state especially Seattle. More and more like CA every day.

Congrats and welcome to the Colorado Springs area !!

Do you have any Colorado Non-Resident Preference Points saved up?
I'm wondering if they'll transition to Resident Points when you move here?

A point is a point is a point is a point.

No difference between resident and non resident except for the number it takes to draw a tag.

Thanks everybody! But no, I do not have any points for Colorado. I have only ever hunted California unfortunately. I keep hearing how Colorado is changing more and more and that is certainly unfortunate. But it sure beats the hell out of living in SoCal anymore! I will be searching for a home as soon as I get there but will be staying with family for the time being. Regardless, I am super stoked!
