    Zeiss customer service?

    How is Zeiss customer service. I like a pair Zeiss conquest binos , I have never owned Zeiss so just wondering if they are as good as Swarovski at repairs or other issues.

    I've never heard a bad report, thus I'd say your good to go. Bad press spreads fast. And for the money, the warranty better be good.

    I had dropped my victory 12x56 a few years ago and they broke( not first time that happened) well dropped anyways. But zeiss did fix them and get them back to me free of charge. Wasn't overly impressed with the communication throughout the process, but nonetheless it all went well and they took care of me and there product.

    So is this like some of the others, no questions asked, no receipts, no BS warranty?

    I'm always curious. I have had good luck with the Steiner repair center in Colorado and have a pair in to Leupold right now.

    I broke an eyecup off my Conquests and just sent them in. 3 days later there being 2 day shipped back to me fixed! Did not surprise them to fix the binos that fast even though it was a minor repair

    I sent my Zeiss RF in a couple years ago to get glass fixed that was scratched. They fixed it free of charge, BUT... it took nearly 4 months to get them back as they had to be sent to Germany. I also wasn't impressed by the lack of communication through the whole process. I had no idea where they were or when I was getting them back and kept having to contact them. They did fix them like new, but it was a long process and good thing it was winter and I wasn't needing them quickly

    I had a small issue with my conquest. Sent them in for repair and clean. They sent me a brand new pair. Super easy and friendly.
