Project Manager for a steel fabrication company in OR. I started there as a hammer swinger in 1991. I started managing jobs about 15 years ago. Now I am the high school dropout working side by side with some pretty awesome Engineers. Makes for an environment where I never stop learning. My only issue now is trying to get out of the chair a little more often during the day.

I transport critically ill children for a hospital via air plane, jet, ambulance and helicopter. In high school and college I was a cobbler!

Construction materials, landscaping materials and hauling services. All as a means to provide for my family and allow me to be outdoors.

I have been a licensed residential contractor most of my adult life, building anything from chicken coops to multimillion dollar homes. The drawback of being self employed is that you have to take whatever work you can get sometimes. Recently I've taken a salaried caretaking job for a very wealthy and nice family's lake home near me. Now I can be a lot more selective when taking on building projects. Being self-employed has allowed me to take several months a year to hunt. I will be a poor retiree, but I've hunted and fished all over the country.
Live to hunt, hunt to live.

There is always time to get some investments in to get some retirement.

Casino Marketing here. Not something I ever thought I'd be doing but it's fast paced and keeps me highly engaged.
