I have the sig kilo 2000 and it has been pretty awesome so far. They seem to be making some pretty nice stuff.

Looks like mine will be here in a few weeks, but I wont really be able to test it out until next fall. I think it will be a huge improvement over my current setup.

If you look in the owners manual under modes, it says something about the two settings LOS and AMR. Mine was set at AMR from the get go so I didn't have to change it. try reading that section and see if that tells you how to adjust it. Keep me posted. As a side note, I tested it this...

It is bound to happen with all of the Midwest deer hunting that goes on, but safety should be a stronger priority. Also, the Illinois comment: As a sad Illinois resident, I apologize for all of the asshole Chicago Citiates (there are some good ones). I have had issues with them also trespassing.

This would work perfect! I have a large pack and a small daypack, but nothing in between. My small daypack couldn't pack out any meat so I would need to go get my larger pack to pack meat. so.... Pick me!

Thanks for the tip. I think we are planning on doing exactly that if we get one down. I am planning on shooting the first legal elk besides a calf so I am hoping we get to haul out some meat. My dad will be shouldering a 45-70 while I break down the animal to stay on alert.
