I got my first archery elk this Sunday night after 8 days of hunting!

I'm looking at getting one this year and was wondering what people think of them and if they are worth the extra weight when hiking around the mountain all day?

This year will be my first year hunting bears and was wondering if anybody had any tips that might help to find bears and what type or areas to look for? Thanks in advance!
