Been looking at 45 for 4 years can't catch up with points yet...have 10 points and even with the special tag not enough or not a sure thing. 45 has type 1 and type 9 but you can still archery hunt on the type 1 with the archery permit. Not sure on 38 it may be type 1 no archery or type 9...
