Sorry, I'm late to the party here, hope you do well. Something that may be overlooked is chapstick. I've always carried at least a tube with me after my first western hunt. Your lips can dry out fast.

No advice for your unit, but hope you the best. I'm headed to Utah for elk in a couple of weeks. Looks like they have been getting some rain lately, so hope your fire concern is lessened. Water doesn't sound like it will be much of an issue this year.

92 here in PA today but back down to 70's with lows in the 50's tomorrow. Where we are hunting in Utah in a month the lows are starting to get into the 30's. I have had enough of the bugs, poison, rattlesnakes, heat, humidity, etc. for a summer. Bring on the snow!

I got the yellow receipt as well as a couple doe license app. envelopes. Seemed kinda strange to me, but with the PGC, I guess anything is possible anymore.
