    She loves deadlifts and I?d say bench is her hardest. She has brought her lifts up 240lbs in three months. Added 90 to squat,70 bench, and 100 to her deadlift. She?s kicking butt

    Another short workout this morning. After nearly a month of not feeling hot, getting to the duck blind regularly maintenance is my hope with all workouts at the moment. The harder workouts will start again after SHOT show and I can get my schedule sorted out again.

    Lifted for hour
    Chest fly 3x10 40lbs
    Dumbell pounches 3x30. 20lbs
    Tricep press. 3x10. 40lbs
    Bench press 3x10. 65lbs
    Military press 3x10. 65lbs
    Bicep curls 3x10. 65lbs
    Bent row 3x10. (65lbs, 85lbs)
    Dead lift 3x10. (65lbs, 85lbs)
    Squat. 3x10 (65lbs, 85lbs)
    Incline bench press 3x10 ( 65lbs, 85lbs)
    Shoulder press 2x10. 40lbs

    Abs
    Crunches 3x50
    Bicycle crunches. 3x30

    Ran in the nice weather long run then a short cool down run. Super icy
