    for me fitness is a year round thing, because I play in the mountains year round. Hunting is just a small segment of what I do.

    I too stay fit year round. I just enjoy all the activities and fun around it.

    Tonight I ran 9 miles. Little dicey in a few areas due to snow and ice that is finally melting now that temps hit 34 today.

    Thats what i hit yesterday snow melted then temp went back below freezing during my run almost bit the pavement like 4 or 5 times but nice to not be freezing well running

    Did the 25 mi HiiT video was a late day and late getting home so just fitting in a quick heavy workout and off to try and get some proper sleep. Sore still from yesterdays major workouts.

    Tuesday cortisone shot in my knee.....hopefully gets back closer to normal and this was just a little flare up. I've had ACL reconstruction on both knees so a little maintenance might overdue.

    Chest, Triceps, Traps, Abs.

    I've committed to doing abs as much as possible over the next couple of months. I'll have to check, but I've hit them more than 5-6 times in the first 10 days of the year.
