$5 mill makes it a little harder to narrow down, but Saratoga, Hulette/Sundance, Pinedale, Dubois, Shell, Powell, Sheridan/Buffalo and even Casper are all pretty good central locations for hunting/fishing about everything Wyoming has to offer. That doesn't narrow it down at all does it? lol, sorry I was trying to help but every time I tried to think of where I would want to live another cool place came up.

^^^punch that into Google. (I'd personally get it divided up into smaller tracts to be able to rotate them through the draw.

By hi$ I mean $7-9k+ for 3rd as current FMV, 2nd which can be drawn 2 times before a 3rd tag is running $3800-4500. There are usually leftover elk tags for the LOs to fight over depending on season. The LO we deal with generally gets between 8-12 of them and at $1000 a pop it pays for a few range cubes for the cows.

High muley tags like Utah. I dont think Colorado has the caliber of Mule deer as Nevada and Utah
