Its a bad deal any way you look at it. Used to have alot of mudslides where I grew up in CA but not that big and most just took out roads. I remember a few destroying houses but nothing like that. One time someone had a tiger and a slide took the cage out and the tiger got loose and F&G killed it right up the road from us. I was only 4 or 5 at the time.
"Now two flags fly above my land that really sum up how I fee. One is the colors that fly high and proud The red, the white, the blue. The other one's got a rattlesnake With a simple statement made "Don't tread on me" is what it says and I'll take that to my grave. Because this is me. I'm proud to be American and strong in my beliefs. And I've said it before but I'll say it again 'Cause my family's always fought and died to save this land. And a country boy is all I'll ever be."

I've got some co workers that were close to the area, but unharmed. The devastation is amazing and I pray for all those affrcted by this. I believe the death toll is around 35. Tragic!"

Man that is some nasty heavy gunk. No chance for anyone in that. Even the salvage workers look exhausted trying to sift through it.
