My name is Vince and I grew up in ND. My grandpa was the most hardcore duck hunting fanatic I've ever met and so I mostly hunted ducks and geese growing up but also did quite a bit of deer hunting. I also have a serious fishing addiction and spend as many days as possible in the boat. During September and October, I am usually being pulled a few different ways as I want to fish, duck hunt and also go west!!
Currently I am living in Michigan (temporarily) and fly for Delta Connection. I am counting down the days until I quit (480 days!), move back to ND or maybe MT and do something else. Being a fishing guide sounds like a great idea to me. I've also dabbled a little bit in taxidermy and have mounted a few ducks. I might open up a business and call it "30 Feet Taxidermy" because my motto will be "it looks good from 30 feet!" Needless to say my taxidermy skills aren't the best.
2 years ago I did my first western trip and it was AWESOME. Now I spend quite a bit of my free time researching units for the future that I can hunt with 1-5 points in different states. Here are a few pics.
ND, that is a stud walleye! And, a paddlefish has got to be the ugliest critter in the river... And that's saying something.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Never introduced myself but I've been following the forum since '12. I go by Reggie and I don't post a lot, however, I'm following the posts everyday. I'm 35 and been married 10 year, one son (3) and I've been hunting since I was 8. As a kid my dad and his friends would take us all out hunting muleys and I could never figure out why we didn't see as many animals as my friends. Now that I'm older I realize that having 6 kids (not all my family, just me and one brother) under the age of 12 hunting with you has trouble written all over it. I'm glad my dad took all those trips with me and our friends, and put up with a bunch of kids that were loud enough to scare zoo animals.
I'm a P.E. teacher, have a concessions business in the summer that takes me to all the surrounding states. I don't take many pictures so the ones I have you might have seen somewhere already but it's all I've got.
Best Elk (no room for it on the wall) at in-laws garage now.
Me starting to prepare in the Spring for Fall hunting!

All Work And No Play Is No Good At All
After 60 days of drying he netted 352 and grossed 364, from what I can remember he had 72" mass a side and his g4's were 23" and 24" and 56" beams. We all thought he'd go 320-330 but blew us away after we put a tape on him.
TALL, WIDE and HANDSOME

I am not sure I qualify as an "old Member", and am probably not the most engaged member, but I have never introduced myself, so here we go.
My name is Ross, I am married to a wonderful woman, no kids yet, and we live in Minnesota. I am an active duty Army Officer for 12 years now. I am very fortunate to have gotten a job supporting the MN National Guard; which allows me to stay in MN for the rest of my career. The deployment tempo has also slowed, so my hunting opportunities have grown.
I grew up bowhunting whitetails here in MN, and started hunting western big game in 2005. I am also a pretty avid pheasant and waterfowl hunter. My other hobbies include: hockey, skiing, fishing, golf, just about anything outdoors. I used to do some competition tactical shooting and training, but the Army has kind of burned me out on that stuff, but they still do a pretty good job keeping my skills sharp. I would like to get into handloading for my hunting rifles, it seems like a good way to spend some time in the winter.
My best muley
Hunting the Bighorns, WY
2013 Whitetail, got this guy with a muzzleloader while still hunting in a northern MN snowstorm. My favorite whitetail hunt, so far...
Mixing it up in the crease, not sure if it went in. (I am the guy in the white jersey)
My wife and I in St. Thomas, USVI
