i have been doing T25 and it is only 25 mins long but a constant 25 mins long, great workout.
I've been doing p90x off and on for a few years. Its a great workout and really gets a guy into shape. It gets kind of tough to fit an hour of working out into the everyday schedule but after doing it a few times and taking breaks from it life is better when you're doing it.
i was doing p90x then hated to workout for an hour plus so i tried T25 and love it but going to add p90x in to try to build more muscle.
I pickup, load and unload kegs and cases of beer all day everyday during the week...winter job at a beer distributor...Plus throw in 3-4 days of weight training at a gym a week and I'm coming out of winter in the best shape I've been in. When i got out of fall guiding season i did two months of insanity, its a great workout, but like said above, it got repetitive and long. When i disappear into the hills all summer and fall for my pack trips and hunting camp, i don't get the chance to hit the weights anymore, but working constant 16 hour days has its own way of keeping off the fat. . I have a TRX training system that i plan on packing along on my trips to get in body weight workouts. If you haven't seen the TRX its an awesome training system that can go just about anywhere you do. I just hang it from a tree limb in the middle of the wilderness and i have a great workout system 100 miles from the closest gym.
