    Gps

    Witch Garmin gps would you guys recommend I have the Rino 650 my cuz is wanting one just though I would ask the pros!

    ***If you're leaving it on all day and using tracks, etc. that is probably about right. If you are';t using rechareable batteries, I'd invest in some and a charger so you always have fresh ones and you'll be money ahead in the long run over disposables.

    I have the Garmin Montana 650t with the huntinggpsmaps chip and really like it. I like the larger screen of the Montana.

    I have an Oregon 450t and I really like it. Im not sure what additional features the 550 and 650 have but the 450 does everything I want. Cabelas had a big sale on them last year around christmas and I got it for about 1/2 price so you might keep an eye on Cabelas this month to see if they have the sale again.

    I also have the 450. Spent 3 weeks out west this fall and used it everyday at some point. Several days never turned it off until I got back to camp, never had to put in new batteries so the fella that's burning up batteries must have some issue there....
    Would buy another in a heart beat, also got mine at the Cabellas sale last year.
