    The buck in this thread lives in Bend and there is a rumor that he was shot. My guess is he might be smart enough to stay out of sight until the season end (I hope)

    Sure hope he was able to spread his genetics all over Central Oregon!!!! What a bummer. Truly magnificent animal. Majestic, even. Will miss dreaming about him.
