    I found the link---> http://www.ndow.org/Second-Chance-Bi.../Applications/ although when I attempted to check- it said that there was a server error, so better luck to all who try to use the link and NDOW servers.

    It's amazing not many people want to put in the effort to hunt a cow elk in the Jarbidge Wilderness.
