tryin not to be so deep with this one guys. been doin research on unguided hunts on private land colorado looks to be a decent deal. has any one tried this method? if so liked it,hated it,successfull,or even see a elk at all?
Never done it and hope I never do. The only thing it seems practical for would be antelope, IMHO. Here in the sw part of the state, I've really never heard of it or know anybody that has. If the land is private and worth hunting on. it's usually already leased to an outfitter.
