Any of you guys looking to add insulation, should take a look at the two-part foam kits called froth packs. For a couple hundred bucks, you can spray it yourself, and fill every nook and cranny. Might have to shave off the excess, but it also stiffens any structure. I've seen them for sale at most home improvement stores.

I have a 20 x 8.5 enclosed cargo trailer that I would like to outfit in the manner you did yours. Would you be willing to share any building plans and pictures you have in detail? I an not intimidated by electric or propane, but I am also not an engineer, so I need simple step by step sort of help. Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to give me. LaElkHunter
