    Moisture control for your safe

What are you guys using? My brother has a cannon safe. He doesn't have anything to help with moisture. The safe is on the first floor of his house. So it's not a huge issue, but I figured it would be a good Christmas present.

I live in Colorado. It's really dry here. Don't need anything besides a little oil on the weapons.

I have a buddy that puts a lamp inside of his safe with a 50watt bulb in it. Works great. I dont know how cost effective it is though. lol

As already mentioned, low humidity here in Colorado. I also have a "Golden Rod" dehumidifier which came with my safe 30 years ago.

I use Goldenrods in my safe in Louisiana and in my safes at home. Never any moisture in over 30 years. Inexpensive, cheap to operate, and effective.
