    Thanksgiving recipes

We have a big game feed for Thanksgiving every year. We do have a turkey too but it pretty much get ate through the week since everyone fills up on game.

We cut thin strips or medallions out of elk, deer, and antelope.
Mix up lots of beer batter and season the batter to taste.
    Deep fry till crispy.
We have about 10 different sauces for dipping.
We also fry pickles and a few other sides.

Then we do all sorts of deserts like funnel cakes, snicker bars, Twinkie's
