Only way to do it I love the gutless method an use it on all my elk, learned it from a family friend and go in through the neck to get the heart out, no guts at all
If you get meat from the store then dont criticize me for having the courage to go out and kill my own meat

This is basically how I do it. Once you free up one end of the tenderloin, It will basically peel right out whole with a relief cut on the opposite end. Good video.

Have never done this... thank for the video. It looks like a very clean method... Do you bring a zip lock bag to put them in after removal?

Meat bag with all the trim meat is where I put them
